As part of the celebrations for its 72nd anniversary, Guinness Nigeria Plc has shown off its new corporate headquarters in Lagos.

The company said that the move was part of its plan to find new and more strategic ways to work, improve collaboration and productivity, encourage creativity, and keep doing business in the country.

It said that the new office space would help the company fulfill its mission to celebrate life every day and everywhere.

Dr. Omobola Johnson, who is the board chair of Guinness Nigeria Plc, said that the modern and flexible workspace was made for maximum connectivity, collaboration, and connection, which is in line with the “new world of work.”

She said, “The open-plan workspace has bright, colorful, and multifunctional spaces with state-of-the-art technology. It also embraces leading sustainable practices and our commitment to inclusion and diversity.” Baker Magunda, the head of the organization, said again that the change was in line with the company’s long-term business goals in the country and its commitment to them.

Magunda said, “The opening of the new office shows that Guinness Nigeria is still a forward-thinking company. We are still committed to building the capacity to grow our brands and improve performance to meet the needs of our customers while making sure the right conditions are in place for everyone to do well.

“The move is a big change, not just in where we work but also in how we work. It lets us get rid of barriers, be more connected, and think more about the future. Because of this, we think that this is “the future of work.” We’ve made it so that all of our employees feel like they belong. Our culture of diversity and inclusion has been improved, and our employees are given the tools they need to reach their full potential through effective collaborations, creativity, and better connections within the business and value chain.
