AC Millan are set to give either Bordeaux’s Jean Onana or Wolfsburg man Aster Vranckx a try after their second bid of €6.5m for FC Midtjylland midfielder Raphael Onyedika was rejected.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert, Gianluca Di Marzio, the second bid of €6.5m for Onyedika was yet again rejected by Midtjylland after the initial bid of €4m. Seeing that the club is bent on €10m, AC Milan are beginning to shift focus to other options.
Sky Sport Italia and Tuttosport revealed the newly proposed candidate to be 22-year-old Cameroon International who moved from LOSC a year ago for €2m, Jean Onana.
Girondins de Bordeaux are in Ligue 2 this season is expected to make the transfer easier, with a price tag of €4m.
It is also believed that Vranckx purchase could also come handy as the 19-year-old Belgian was purchased by Wolfsburg last summer for €8m from KV Mechelen and that he would be a good replacement for Charles De Ketelaere and Alexis Saelemaekers who once bolstered the Milan squad.
