The blue Baby Foundation was started by Aishat Dania Ogieriahki. The NGO, which was established on June 16, 2018, is a humanitarian network in Nigeria, West Africa, striving to lessen suffering, protect life and health, and preserve human dignity, particularly in situations where life is at risk.
She is a manager, a humanitarian, and the CEO of Imperial Emporium Fashion & Accessories.
She has received numerous local and international recognitions for her talent for placing smiles on the faces of the underprivileged.
In 2015, the fashion queen, who is also a board member of Laurel Resources LLC, Atlanta, USA, distributed food products and other relief materials to widows as part of efforts to honour the then-current Ramadan fast under the aegis of her blue baby charity.
She stated when discussing her charity organisation, “This is simply a calling for me. It is just part of me, and we will continue to contribute our quota to eradicate poverty among our people.”
Ogieriahki, a trustee member of the Black Diamonds Foundation, is also a partner/UK correspondent for PR Times Africa and a fellow member (FIIM) of the Institute of Information Management-Africa.
Mrs. Ogieriakhi is a native of Auchi in Edo State, Nigeria but was raised in Ibadan, the West region of the country. Prior to attending Bishop Akinyele Grammar School, she attended St. Williams Primary School. After receiving her OND in secretarial administration from Ibadan Polytechnic, she continued on to Yaba College of Technology in Lagos to complete her HND in the same field.
Notably, she moved to the UK where she enrolled in a few professional IT, Customer Service, and Retail courses. A seasoned data/IT administrator working for a reputable energy/construction firm in the UK, and a two-time UK coordinator for the Institute of Information Management (IIM-Africa).
Mrs. Ogieriakhi is married and has a daughter.
