Brazilian forward Vinicius Jr scored the only goal to shatter the hopes of Liverpool of being crowned seven times champions of Europe in Paris.
This win makes it the fourteenth time Real Madrid are winning Champions league and it was well scripted as they soaked up Liverpool’s attack hoping for a counter attack, which made the only goal of the match.
Thibault Courtois stood between Liverpool. and a goal. He was in superb form as he put up fine saves, no wonder he was named man of the match.
