Katsina State Donates N100 Million to Support Borno Flood Victims

In a show of solidarity, Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda has donated N100 million to aid victims of the recent devastating floods in Borno State. During an early morning visit to Maiduguri, Governor Radda presented the donation to Borno Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, while expressing condolences and support for those affected.

“We are here to commiserate with you and the people of Borno State over the unfortunate flood incident which has severely impacted social and economic activities,” Radda stated, emphasizing the gravity of the disaster.

Governor Zulum responded with gratitude, stating: “This act of kindness in our time of need exemplifies the unity and brotherhood that exists among Nigerians. Your support will significantly aid our recovery efforts.”

Governor Radda was joined by a high-profile delegation, including the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Umar Faruq Umar, and other dignitaries from Katsina State.
