Kevin Spacey has been charged with four counts of sexual assault against three men in the United Kingdom.
Spacey, who is American was also charged with “causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent”.
Rosemary Ainslie, head of the Crown Prosecution Services’ Special Crime Division, said, the alleged incidents took place in London between March 2005 and August 2008, and in the English county of Gloucestershire in April 2013.
Spacey, 62, was first questioned by Scotland Yard detectives about sex assault in 2019
