The premier player of Real Madrid, Luka Modric, is scheduled to meet with Cristiano Ronaldo’s Saudi Arabian team, Al-Nassr.
This is in preparation for the player’s probable transfer to the Saudi Pro League, or SPL.
Also, he went to Saudi Arabia this past weekend in an effort to connect with Cristiano Ronaldo, a former teammate.
Due to rumours of a potential transfer to the SPL, there are questions about the midfielder’s future at the Santiago Bernabeu.
According to Arab Al-Weem, Al Nassr has ambitions to import the Croatian midfielder who cost €35 million when he transferred from Tottenham to Real Madrid in 2012.
After winning 22 championships with Los Blancos and even winning the Ballon d’Or, Modric has subsequently made a name for himself as one of the top midfielders of his time.
However, the fact that he decided to visit the nation is evidence that he is ready to join the Riyadh-based club.
