Professor Ijeoma Uchegbu, a distinguished figure in pharmaceutical nanoscience, has been elected as the President of Wolfson College, one of the prestigious 31 colleges affiliated with the University of Cambridge.

Currently holding the position of Professor of Pharmaceutical Nanoscience at University College London (UCL), Professor Uchegbu is renowned for her groundbreaking work in nanoparticle drug delivery. Her election to the helm of Wolfson College is not only a personal triumph but a testament to the excellence of Nigerian scholars on the global stage.

President Tinubu, acknowledging this outstanding accomplishment, commended Professor Uchegbu for her unwavering commitment to advancing the frontiers of pharmaceutical science.
