The winners of the RTÉ Sport Awards for 2022 were announced at the annual awards presentation last night in Dublin in front of a live studio audience.
Rhasidat Adeleke of Ireland made her debut on the international stage by breaking her own new Irish record in the 400-meter final at the European Championship in Munich, where she finished fifth.
The Tallaght star also smashed the Irish indoor 60-meter mark earlier this year.
The event honoring Irish sporting accomplishments of the year was hosted by presenter Jacqui Hurley with assistance from Evanne N’Chuilinn and Ruby Walsh.
