Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu celebrates the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, as he clocks 60.
Sanwo-Olu, who is also celebrating his 57th birthday described Gbajabiamila, as an exceptional, committed, passionate, visionary and focused parliamentarian and politician who has used his office as Speaker to provide notable and progressive leadership in the House of Representatives.
Sanwo-Olu in a message released on Friday through his Chief Press Secretary, Gboyega Akosile eulogized Gbajabiamila for being a good ambassador of the people of Surulere Federal Constituency and Lagos State in its entirety since his election in 2003 into the legislative chamber.
Sanwo-Olu went further to commend Gbajabiamila’s effort in stabilising the affairs of the ninth house of representative which comprises members of different political parties and interests.
“On behalf of my family and the good people of Lagos State, I felicitate the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila and his family on the occasion of his Diamond Jubilee. ” He said.
