Known for her philanthropic efforts, she commended the efforts of hardworking Nigerians, particularly the movie’s writer, Adeola Agoro, for her dedication to storytelling and creativity. Rev. Ajayi reaffirmed her commitment to supporting talented individuals and urged citizens to foster unity and support for one another, especially as the nation celebrates its 64th Independence Anniversary.
Former Senator Ganiyu Solomon, another special guest, praised Nollywood’s growth and resilience. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between the entertainment industry and the government, particularly Lagos State, in promoting the sector’s potential. He also lauded Adeola Agoro’s perseverance and called on other states to support Nollywood in similar ways.
