1500 CBN staff to resume at Lagos office on February 2

On Friday, February 2, 2024, a substantial workforce comprising at least 1,500 members of staff from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is set to commence their duties at the institution’s Lagos office, having undergone a strategic redeployment from the headquarters.

Furthermore, the Central Bank emphasises its commitment to compliance with building regulations, underscoring the importance of adhering to established guidelines. This compliance is reinforced by repeated warnings from the facility manager, signaling the necessity for proactive measures.

Additionally, the Committee on Decongestion of the CBN Head Office’s findings and suggestions inform the choice, further bolstering the justification for this extensive redeployment initiative.
